Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for leasing approximately 1,883 to 1,977 ABOA square feet of fully serviced office space in Miami, Florida. The delineated area for the lease is bounded by specific roadways and avenues, as detailed in the provided map and description. The space must be suitable for office use and meet all federal, state, and local requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards. Key requirements include a minimum of 840 ABOA SF of contiguous space that is separately demised and located above the ground floor, or on a different floor from the remaining space, which must also be contiguous. The lease term is a firm 10 years, with no option term. The space must not be located in a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. Entities should also be aware of telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act. Expressions of interest are due by July 3, 2026, with estimated market survey in July 2026 and occupancy in June 2028.
