Description
Miami-Dade County is soliciting proposals from registered municipal advisors to provide comprehensive municipal advisory services for its General Segment. This includes services related to revenue debt transactions and general obligation debt transactions. The scope of work encompasses advising on bond issuances, preparing offering documents, determining optimal timing for bond issues, and assisting with all aspects of pricing. Additionally, the selected advisor will provide non-bond related services such as coordinating with rating agencies, providing market condition reports, and conducting annual reviews of the debt structure to maintain or improve bond ratings. The contract is anticipated to be for a seven-year period.
