Description
The Florida Department of Financial Services is seeking proposals for between 9,681 and 10,674 usable square feet of contiguous office and warehouse space. The space is intended for the Department of Financial Services' Division of Criminal Investigations and State Fire Marshal. The proposed location must be within the boundaries specified in the solicitation, which encompass areas in and around Fort Myers, Florida. The lease terms require a 7-year or 10-year initial term with two 7-year renewal options, and the space must be delivered as a turn-key build-out, meeting ADA requirements and including full-service gross lease terms. The anticipated lease start date is April 1, 2028.
