Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 84,598 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of space in Waco, Texas. The space will be used for administrative office space in support of Law Enforcement Operations and will include office and courtroom space. A modern, quality building with attractive and professional surroundings is required, meeting Government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability. A fully serviced lease is required, and the space must not be in a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. The lease term will be 17 years, with a firm term of 15 years. The space must include 30 parking spaces, with 24 being surface parking and 6 being structured parking. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The GSA is considering alternative space if economically advantageous, taking into account relocation costs and potential downtime.
