Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 6,030 to 6,259 ABOA square feet of office space in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The space must be contiguous on one floor and accessible 24/7. Specific location requirements include being outside of a 640-foot radius from hazardous materials facilities and a 400-foot radius from sensitive locations such as day care centers, schools, and hospitals. The Tenant Agency Security Team will have the final decision on location suitability. The lease term is a full 15 years with a firm term of 10 years. The space must also include 15 parking spaces (13 surface, 2 structured, all reserved). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA. Expressions of Interest are due by July 1, 2026, no later than 4:00 PM EST. Required documentation includes the owner's name, offered space details, floor and site plans, broker authorization, evidence of ownership, anticipated rental rate, and a map of the location within the delineated area.
