Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) requires comprehensive build-back services for Building 89 located at 13601 Old Cutler Rd, Miami, Florida. The scope of work includes drywall installation and repair, painting, vinyl and carpet flooring installation, cabinetry and countertop installation, plumbing, electrical support work, blinds installation, and tile wall installation. The contractor will also be responsible for installing a commercial hollow-metal door with frame. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes, as well as current industry standards. The contract duration is 120 calendar days from the time of award.
