Description
The U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic is soliciting quotations for one RSO Emergency Response Vehicle, specifically an SUV with an automatic transmission and regular gasoline engine. The vehicle must be new, not refurbished or grey market, and sourced from manufacturer-approved channels for Federal sales. Offers will be evaluated based on technical capability and price, with the intention to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. Quotations must be valid for 60 days from the closing date. Delivery is required within 30 days after award. For overseas vendors, pricing must include delivery FOB to Miami, FL. For local vendors, delivery is FOB to the U.S. Embassy warehouse in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Special attention must be paid to ISPM 15 standards if wood packaging material is involved for international shipments.
