Description
Saratoga County, through its Department of Central Services, is soliciting sealed proposals for a centralized government office space lease or a build-to-suit solution. The specifications for this opportunity are detailed under specification 26-RFP-SCCGOS-1. Interested bidders can obtain bid documents at no cost from The Empire State Bid System website, www.empirestatebidsystem.com, starting Thursday, June 11, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Saratoga County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and all work will be subject to equal opportunity in employment, State wage rates, and all other applicable legal requirements.
