Description
Greater Miami Service Corps (GMSC) is soliciting proposals from Certified General Contractors (CGC) to perform HUD-compliant Healthy Homes Production (HHP) remediation services. These services will be provided for approximately 100 low-income single-family homes located in Miami-Dade County. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, moisture control repairs, ventilation improvements, HVAC, plumbing, minor structural corrections, safety hazard mitigation, weatherization-aligned repairs, and other activities permitted under HUD's HHP guidelines. Contractors must possess an active Florida Certified Contractor License, a minimum of 5 years of residential construction or rehabilitation experience, be SAM.gov registered with a UEI number, and strictly adhere to HUD's HHP guidelines. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for bid eligibility.
