Description
The City of North Miami Beach intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract with Placer Labs Inc. for its location intelligence and foot traffic analytics software platform. The platform provides aggregated and anonymized location data to analyze visitation patterns, customer behavior, trade areas, and market trends. Features include visitor metrics, demographics, area analysis, heat maps, and custom reports. The subscription is for 36 months with annual costs of $24,000 (Year 1), $27,000 (Year 2), and $30,000 (Year 3). This is not a request for proposals; responses are only to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
