Description
The U.S. Government is seeking to lease between 1500 and 2000 sqft of climate-controlled storage space in St. Peters, Missouri. The space must be located within the area bounded by West Highway 109, North Highway 100, East River Des Peres and Telegraph Road, and South Highway M/MM. Priority is for secure warehouse/evidence space with onsite private or public restroom, a minimum 25 ft depth for trailer access, and adequate turning radius for loading and unloading. Security camera systems are preferred. Lessor must remain active in SAM.gov and sign a government lease. New construction may be considered if it can meet the required delivery date. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing by June 30, 2026, 5:00 PM Central time, and include building name and address, date of availability, scaled floor plans, estimated rental rate, building ownership information, and authorized contact details. Brokers must provide written authorization from ownership.
