Description
The Greater Miami Service Corps (GMSC) is soliciting proposals from licensed pest control contractors to provide integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for approximately 60 single-family homes located in Miami-Dade County. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the use of mechanical traps, HEPA vacuuming, and low-toxicity methods, with a strict prohibition on traditional chemical spraying. Contractors must adhere to HUD Healthy Housing Guidelines, possess an active FDACS Pest Control Business License, have a minimum of 5 years of structural pest control experience, and maintain an active SAM.gov registration with a UEI number.
