Description
The U.S. Government, through the General Services Administration (GSA), is soliciting proposals for office space leases in Kansas. The Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) #26NAT01 seeks space ranging from 3,604 to 3,784 ABOA square feet, with a lease term of 15 years (13 years firm). The space must accommodate official government vehicles (4 reserved) and visitor parking as per local code. A Tenant Improvement Allowance of $58.96 per ABOA SF and a Building Specific Amortized Capital (BSAC) of $12.00 per ABOA SF are provided. The space should ideally be contiguous. If non-contiguous space is offered, it must consist of two blocks: Block 1 (532-559 ABOA SF) for offices and special use rooms, requiring a non-public entrance, and Block 2 (3072-3225 ABOA SF) for office space, workstations, and support areas including a server room with 24-hour HVAC. The space should be second-generation office space requiring minimal tenant improvements, focusing on reconfiguration of non-structural partitions and finishes. The Facility Security Level (FSL) II is required. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to meet a strict post-award schedule, detailed in an attached document, which includes timelines for design, construction, and acceptance within 140 working days of lease award. Furniture, if provided and in good condition, may be accepted at no additional cost to the government.
