Description
The City of Lemoore is soliciting statements of qualifications from vendors to serve as the sole operator of food and beverage concessions within the Lemoore Recreation Center. The selected vendor must prepare and sell items during facility operating hours, provide necessary equipment and supplies, maintain the kitchen and concession area in compliance with applicable health and safety codes, hire and manage employees, and submit a menu and pricing for City Manager approval. Respondents must provide qualifications and related experience, an organizational chart and staffing plan, a proposed menu and prices, equipment and supply lists, proposed operating hours, client references, and a price proposal stating the percentage of gross sales to be paid to the City. The concessionaire agreement will have an initial one-year term and may be extended annually for up to ten total years. The selected vendor must hold required permits and a City business license and maintain liability and workers' compensation insurance.
