Description
The City of Greer is seeking a food service operator to manage and operate food, beverage—including beer and wine—and catering services at the Prisma Health Performance Center. The operator will provide culinary products and beverages at the café and concessions areas, stock and staff grab-and-go areas, support tournaments and events, accommodate sponsor and partner commitments, and provide catering with varied offerings and price points. The selected operator must supply the necessary labor, products, service ware, supplies, marketing materials, point-of-sale hardware, accounting and reporting systems, and a full-time on-site manager. Responsibilities also include maintaining food-service areas, cleanliness, sanitation, grease traps, inventory, waste handling, licensing, liquor compliance, and customer service. The initial term is one year with up to three annual renewal options. Proposals must include an operating vision, revenue-share structure, prior-service examples and references, sample menu and pricing, staffing plan, point-of-sale overview, opening schedule, and a South Carolina liquor license.
