Description
The City of Greer is seeking a food service operator to manage and operate food, beverage—including beer and wine—and catering services at the Prisma Health Performance Center, a newly developed sports and events facility. The facility includes basketball and volleyball courts, fitness and event spaces, sports simulators, and other amenities, with substantial completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. The operator will support extensive sports-tournament activity, including commitments for the first 44 weekends of operation, as well as City programming and other events. The selected operator must provide food and beverages for the cafe, concessions, and grab-and-go areas; catering with varied offerings and price points; staffing, products, service ware, supplies, marketing materials, point-of-sale hardware, accounting and reporting systems; and a full-time on-site manager. Responsibilities include maintaining food-service areas, cleanliness and sanitation, grease traps, inventory, waste handling, licensing, liquor compliance, and customer service. Proposals must include an operating vision, revenue-share and commission structure, prior-service examples and references, sample menu and pricing, staffing plan, point-of-sale overview, and an opening schedule. The initial term is one year with up to three annual renewal terms.
