Description
The City of San Ramon is soliciting proposals for maintenance and repair services at City-owned and operated display fountains. The scope includes routine water quality testing and maintenance, debris and equipment cleaning, inspections, and as-needed or one-time equipment repairs. The selected contractor is expected to commence services on January 1, 2027. The optional pre-submittal meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on September 24, 2026; interested attendees must email the designated contact by September 23 to receive the meeting link. Questions are due by October 6, 2026.
