Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting quotes for an indefinite-delivery requirements contract supporting drydock availability and extensive repair, inspection, preservation, testing, and maintenance work for USCGC ALDER, a 225-foot cutter. The scope includes hull and underwater-body inspection and coating preservation; drydocking; propulsion shafting, reduction gear, controllable-pitch propeller, rudder, thruster, winch, davit, valve, tank, piping, ventilation, electrical, refrigeration, cathodic-protection, and other shipboard-system work; temporary services; and dock and sea-trial support. Quotes must be submitted in three separate email parts: price, technical capability, and past performance. The price submission requires a completed and electronically signed pricing sheet in PDF plus a digital spreadsheet. Technical submissions require corporate experience, a graphical project plan, a technical narrative of no more than 10 pages, an execution plan for lodging and meals, required certifications and qualifications, insurance proof, subcontractor information, welding qualifications, drydock certification, and pre-award drydock calculations. Past performance requires at least three recent and relevant prime contracts, each documented using the provided Past Performance Information Form. The solicitation also requires a signed SF 1449, signed amendments, E-Verify proof, and applicable certifications and forms.
