Description
Riverbay Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions for comprehensive banking and treasury management services under a guaranteed five-year term. The scope includes operating and specialized deposit accounts, cash receipts and deposits, ACH origination and receipt, domestic wire transfers, lockbox services, online banking, cash positioning and liquidity management, automated sweeps, remote deposit capture, corporate credit card administration, and check and payee Positive Pay fraud-prevention services. The selected bank must support integration with Riverbay's Yardi property-management system and online payment platform, provide electronic transaction files and reporting, and offer implementation, conversion, training, API/interface, cybersecurity, and ongoing treasury-management support. Proposals must include pricing for the listed service categories, earnings-credit-rate and compensating-balance terms, annual estimated banking costs, the bank's actual ECR for the prior 24 months, recent Moody's and Standard & Poor's ratings, the last three annual reports with financial statements, qualifications and similar-scope experience, and five client references.
