Description
The City of New York Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting competitive sealed bids under Contract C547B for installation of equipment and appurtenances at Shafts 17B and 18B and rehabilitation of existing Shafts 16B, 19B, 20B, 21B, 22B, and 23B. The scope includes valves, hydraulic actuating equipment, elevators, dehumidification units, programmable logic controllers, video surveillance and communications equipment, fencing, couplings, adapters, and associated construction, security, diving, pumping, ventilation, concrete, pipe, environmental, and repair work. Responses must be submitted electronically through PASSPort; paper submissions are nonresponsive. Bid security is required as a bid bond or certified check. Specifications, drawings, pre-bid materials, addenda, and other restricted documents are available only through the NDA OneDrive folder after completion and approval of the NDA process. Addendum No. 5 and Supplemental Information Package No. 7 were posted to that restricted folder.
