Description
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking approximately three master contractors to provide on-call survey research, data collection, and analytical services supporting public health programs, policy development, and evaluation initiatives. The scope includes survey design and sampling, participant recruitment, multilingual and multimode administration through web, paper, telephone, and in-person methods, focus groups, translations, survey programming, quality assurance, biomarker data collection, participant incentives, data processing and weighting, statistical analysis, reporting, and presentations. Contractors must demonstrate relevant survey experience, organizational and financial capability, qualified senior methodologist and statistical staff, data security and privacy practices, quality-control systems, and the ability to work with diverse and underserved populations. The anticipated total maximum funding is $36,000,000 across all resulting contracts, with approximately $12,000,000 anticipated per contract. The anticipated contract term is July 1, 2027, through February 28, 2034, with no renewal options stated. Work will be assigned on an on-call basis through subsequent project requests, and the City does not guarantee any particular level of work.
