Description
The New York City Department of Small Business Services seeks a qualified vendor to develop and deliver a cohort-based capacity-building program for community-based development organizations in eligible low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. The program must focus on disaster and emergency preparedness, burnout identification and prevention, and organizational resilience, using data-driven research and the current needs of participating organizations and neighborhoods. The selected vendor will provide disaster-resilience training and related capacity-building services in coordination with the agency, with the goal of empowering local organizations to prepare for and respond to potential disasters. The procurement is limited to vendors listed on the Citywide Bidders List. Addendum 1 states that organizations interested in subcontracting may submit their contact information and proposed subcontracting service type to the agency by September 28, 2026; a list of interested subcontractors will be issued in a future addendum.
