Description
The New York City Housing Authority is soliciting an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for asbestos investigation and testing services for its buildings across the Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens, and Richmond boroughs. The contract term is three years from the award date, with up to two one-year renewal options at NYCHA's discretion. The solicitation requires $50,000 bid security and $50,000 payment and performance bonds, along with a bonding-company letter confirming capacity up to the contract's maximum amount of $5,000,000. Bidders and subcontractors must hold the required New York State Labor Law Section 220-i public-work registration. Section 3 REO and OEO plans must be submitted separately through eComply and not included in the iSupplier bid. Only electronic bids submitted through iSupplier will be accepted.
