Description
MTA Construction & Development is seeking a consultant firm to provide design services for stations on the Flushing Line, focused on state-of-good-repair and American with Disabilities Act improvements. The scope includes surveying and inspections; destructive and systems testing; test pits and borings; environmental and historic-preservation services; coordination with outside agencies; construction-phase and handover planning; and updates to project baselines. The solicitation is funded entirely through capital funds, with an estimated value range of $1 million to $5 million. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held through Microsoft Teams. The solicitation identifies SDVOB, MBE, and WBE participation goals.
