Description
The New York City Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from animal and pest management firms for various feral cat management services, including trap, neuter, and release activities, across its developments. The procurement is structured as a requirements contract with a three-year initial term and up to two optional one-year renewal periods. Proposals must include five uploaded files submitted through iSupplier: a Technical Response in PDF format containing all required attachments and exhibits, a Cost Proposal in Excel format, a Bid Proposal Face Sheet, a Doing Business Data Form, and the Proposer’s New York State Proof of Registered Entity. Section 3 REO and OEO Plans must be submitted separately through eComply and must not be included in the iSupplier bid submission. Only completed electronic submissions through iSupplier will be accepted; hardcopy, emailed, faxed, and mailed proposals will not be accepted.
