Description
The California Department of Parks and Recreation, Diablo Range District, is soliciting bids for a three-year contract to provide septic pumping services at Mount Diablo State Park and Benicia State Recreation Area. The scope includes regularly scheduled pumping of pit toilets, CXT toilet units, septic tanks, and leachate tanks; removal of garbage and debris; tank cleaning; hauling and lawful discharge of pumped waste; and emergency septic pumping services. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, water, tools, materials, trained and certified service technicians, waste transportation, and disposal. Emergency calls require a two-hour response. Services must comply with applicable health, safety, environmental, licensing, and disposal requirements. The bid package requires a single PDF submission containing the applicable bid forms, certifications, declarations, bid form, and certification printouts.
