Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide six standard portable restrooms, one ADA-compliant portable restroom, and seven contractor-owned portable handwashing stations at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The contractor must deliver and remove the units and provide daily service seven days per week, including restroom pumping, proper waste disposal, cleaning, and replenishment of supplies for all restrooms and handwashing stations. The opportunity is reserved for VA-verified, VIP-listed service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The quote must use the provided Enclosure 1 form and include the required vendor information, pricing schedule, representations and certifications, amendment acknowledgment, concurrence with solicitation terms, limitations-on-subcontracting certification, capabilities statement or experience information, and relevant certifications or training. Offerors must demonstrate at least two years of experience providing portable handwashing stations and restrooms and provide references with contract numbers and contact information. Price is the sole evaluation factor, subject to responsibility and available funding. Contractor personnel must obtain VA identification badges and comply with facility requirements.
