Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking expressions of interest for approximately 63,337 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Management Association (ANSI/BOMA) square feet of Medical Outpatient Clinic space in the South Memphis, TN area. The delineated area for consideration is bounded by East Shelby Drive to the north, Goodman Road to the south, Tchulahoma Road to the east, and Highway 51 and Elvis Presley Boulevard to the west. The Government is looking for properties that meet specific building and site criteria, including no bifurcated sites, avoidance of unusual space configurations, not being in a 100-year floodplain, appropriate zoning, and the requirement of a loading dock or service elevator. The anticipated occupancy is January 2031, with a lease term of up to 20 years. Respondents must provide detailed property and contact information, location and site descriptions, building and space details, and compliance information.
