Description
The Memphis Housing Authority (MHA) is soliciting Firm Fixed Price bids from highly qualified contractors for renovation, improvement, and repair services at GE Patterson Pointe in Memphis, TN. Bid documents will be available for purchase starting June 18, 2026, from Memphis Reprographics and online at www.mhaplanroom.com. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST at the MHA Central Office, 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, TN 38106. Site visits can be scheduled from July 2, 2026, to July 9, 2026. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. CST on July 21, 2026, and can be submitted either by mail to the MHA Capital Improvements Department, 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, TN 38105-5029, ATTN: Kevin Pilate, or electronically via www.mhaplanroom.com.
