The Memphis Housing Authority (MHA) is soliciting Firm Fixed Price bids from highly qualified contractors for the Renovation, Improvements, and Repairs for Dwelling Units at GE Patterson Pointe, Memphis, TN. Bid documents will be available for purchase starting at 10 a.m. CST on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from Memphis Reprographics and online at www.mhaplanroom.com. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST in the Asset Management Conference room at MHA Central Office, 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, TN 38106. Site visits can be scheduled from Thursday, July 2, 2026, through Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference and site visits is strongly encouraged but not required. Bids must be submitted by no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, to the MHA Capital Improvements Department at 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, TN 38105-5029, ATTN: Kevin Pilate. Bids may also be submitted electronically via www.mhaplanroom.com.
