Description
The State of Tennessee, Department of Tourist Development, is seeking quotes for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of various signage for Bill Dance Signature Lake and Herb Parsons Refuge. The scope of work includes creating a monument sign, directional sign, kiosk sign, banner signs, a selfie sign, a frame sign, and a cut-out sign. All signs must comply with federal, state, and local laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The monument sign requires specific dimensions and materials, including a stacked stone base. The kiosk sign will feature information panels and a roof. Banner signs will display logos and quotes. Photography signs, including a selfie sign, frame sign, and cut-out sign, are also required and will be delivered to TWRA personnel upon installation completion. All signs must incorporate reflective material for visibility and have a protective UV lamination coating. The State will award a single contract. Installation of the monument sign is required by July 22, 2026, and all other signs by August 22, 2026. A utility location check is mandatory before any digging or installation.
