Description
This project involves the construction of a T-hangar and associated sitework for the Delta Regional Airport Authority. Bids will be accepted online through the QuestCDN interface until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud via Microsoft Teams. An optional virtual Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Friday, June 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM via Microsoft Teams. Information for this meeting will be sent to plan holders one week prior. Potential bidders not on the plan holder list can request access by contacting Jordan Culver at JCCulver@GarverUSA.com. Digital bid documents are available for $42 from the Garver online Plan room at http://Planroom.GarverUSA.com (Quest Project Number 10217512). For assistance, QuestCDN can be reached at 952.233.1632 or info@questcdn.com. Documents can also be examined at Garver's office located at 4701 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72218. Bidders are responsible for downloading documents from the Garver online plan room to be included on the Plan Holders List and to receive addendums. Addenda numbers must be entered in Article 3.01 of the Bid Form.
