Description
The Tupelo Airport Authority is soliciting bids for a project to construct a new service/access road adjacent to Taxiway A. This project aims to reroute non-aviation traffic away from the taxiway. The scope of work includes the installation of 4-inch asphaltic pavement, an 8-inch crushed aggregate base, and necessary earthwork for roadway construction and site preparation. Associated drainage structures will also be part of the project. Bids will be received until 11:00 AM on Friday, July 10, 2026, at the Tupelo Airport Authority Executive Offices. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, July 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Tupelo Regional Airport. Each organization is limited to three personnel at the pre-bid meeting.
