Description
The Town of Glenwood is conducting a qualification-based selection for professional services supporting a new water main connection to the City of Connersville's existing treated-water system. The scope includes planning and design, field investigation and surveying, environmental permitting and regulatory assistance, legal and financial assistance, hydraulic system modeling, bidding assistance, construction engineering, inspection, and preparation of plans and specifications for bidding and construction. Respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications without a proposed fee. The submission must address relevant expertise, experience and resources; similar completed projects; references; resumes of proposed professional staff; the project manager; the proposed scope of services; and a project timeline. Evaluation will consider specialized experience, past performance, organizational capacity, and familiarity with similar projects. The selected proposer will enter either a firm fixed-price or cost-reimbursement contract contingent on grant funding and must comply with stated federal requirements. Grant-funded projects have a 10% MBE/WBE goal.
