Description
The Town of Drayton Valley is seeking a contractor to manage and administer its 27-unit affordable housing portfolio. Required services include tenant screening, lease management and renewals, rent collection, arrears management, financial reporting, maintenance coordination, and capital planning. The contractor must maintain compliance with Alberta's Residential Tenancies Act and other applicable provincial legislation, coordinate social supports and referrals for tenants with complex needs in cooperation with the Town's Community Safety and Community Services department, provide regular reports to the Chief Administrative Officer or designate, and ensure continuity of service during staff absences or turnover. The estimated contract period is 26 months, with a proposed start date of October 1, 2026.
