South Euclid-Lyndhurst School District is soliciting mutually exclusive alternatives for its FY2027 wide-area network: leased lit fiber/managed Ethernet at 10 Gbps, leased dark fiber with a minimum of six strands (three pairs), and maintenance and operations on leased dark fiber. The pricing worksheet covers eight eligible service locations and requires bidders to provide monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and special construction charges separately. The initial contract term is 60 months, from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2032, with two optional one-year renewal periods. Southlyn, a pre-kindergarten site, is not E-Rate eligible and must be priced separately and excluded from eligible totals. Network equipment is not solicited; the district will use its existing equipment for dark fiber. Bidders must complete the pricing worksheet, identify assumptions and exceptions, and provide the required bidder certifications.
