Description
This public renovation solicitation seeks separate bids for asphalt removal, cement work, grass installation, shrub and planting work for a garden, shrub and bush removal, fence painting and extension, and gazebo installation. The gazebo will be provided by the owner. Bidders must complete the bid forms for each scope, and additional clarifications may be submitted on company letterhead. The project must begin in 2026, and bidders are expected to have sufficient manpower to meet the construction schedule. A public bid opening will follow the submission deadline, with apparent low bidders announced for each scope before full qualification.
