Description
Cuyahoga County is soliciting sealed bids for roof and water intrusion improvements at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center Complex. The work must be performed in accordance with bid documents, drawings, and specifications prepared by K2M Design, with an estimated project cost of $1,597,322. Bidders must obtain the official bid package and be listed as plan holders; bids from vendors not listed as plan holders will be deemed nonresponsive. A bid guaranty is required under Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54: either a bid bond for 100% of the bid amount or a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit for 10% of the bid amount. A bid bond must automatically increase to a 100% performance and payment bond. Bidders must also comply with the County's Diversity Program requirements and visit the project site.
