Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to negotiate a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement order under BOA N6449824G4001 with Rockwell Automatic, Inc. for procurement of PACS Shipboard Material II supporting LPD new construction hardware. The notice identifies the requirement as a supply procurement and states that Rockwell Automatic, Inc. is the only responsible capable source under FAR 6.302 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
