Description
Denver Human Services seeks organizations to deliver Community Services Block Grant-funded services that help individuals and families experiencing poverty obtain, retain, and advance in employment and improve economic stability. Proposals must address employment and economic mobility, coordinated supports across multiple needs, or both. Services may include job placement and retention, career advancement, skills training, credential attainment, individualized resource navigation and case management, warm referrals, and follow-up to help participants connect with employment, housing, childcare, behavioral health, transportation, digital access, and other supports. Services must address participant eligibility and accessibility and use culturally responsive, trauma-informed approaches with an emphasis on harm reduction.
