Description
The City of Keizer is soliciting proposals for up to three non-exclusive contracts covering citywide towing services on a rotational basis. The scope includes ordinance, evidence, abandoned, city-vehicle, disabled, owner-requested, and inoperable vehicle tows; vehicle storage; recovery; after-hours vehicle release; debris removal associated with tows; dispatch coordination; vehicle records; and related services. Contractors must provide 24-hour, seven-day service; maintain qualifying facilities and storage areas within the specified distance of Keizer City Hall; maintain required tow trucks, drivers, staffing, communications, security, and records; meet response-time and availability standards; and perform the work without subcontracting or assigning individual tows. The initial contract period is expected to run through December 31, 2029, with four possible one-year renewals. Proposals must include organizational and staffing information, employee investigation-release forms, three comparable references, equipment and facility lists, and a completed rate schedule.
