The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is soliciting quotes for a single indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide sports equipment and athletic apparel for Riverside Indian School in Anadarko, Oklahoma. The contract will cover a base year from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods. The contractor will supply sport-specific equipment and apparel for the school's athletic programs, including baseball, softball, cross country (boys and girls), basketball (boys and girls), track (boys and girls), and golf. Items include uniforms, warm-ups, practice jerseys, shorts, pants, jackets, socks, hats, footwear, protective equipment, equipment bags, training aids, and accessories. All items must be new, unused, and meet applicable quality standards. The contractor will also apply school names, logos, player numbers, lettering, or embroidery as requested, and deliver all products to the school campus. The contract includes a guaranteed minimum of $10,000 per delivery order, with an order maximum of $90,000 and a maximum contract value of $350,000. This solicitation is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE).
