Submission Instructions
Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation is establishing a contract for new and used trailers used to transport equipment and materials throughout Ohio. Bidders may submit pricing for both new and used equipment. Used trailers must be available for inspection before purchase and may be unavailable if sold from the vendor’s inventory; new trailers must be factory-new, current models with the manufacturer’s standard equipment and required specifications. The solicitation is an MBE set-aside, and only suppliers with an active MBE certification when the solicitation closes may respond. The response requires completion and upload of the Affirmation and Disclosure Form and the completed Pricing Page, along with the name, email address, and title of the company’s contract-signing authority.
