Description
Baltimore County is soliciting bids for two new single-axle, 4x2 off-road yard jockey/yard spotter trucks. Units must be complete, current-year models, serviced before delivery, compliant with applicable Maryland and federal motor vehicle requirements, and delivered with specified tags, manuals, keys, certificates, and related documentation. Equivalent equipment may be considered when accompanied by descriptive literature and specifications. The bid requires completed detail specifications, manufacturer make and model information, options and component descriptions, deviations from specifications, and parts-and-service information. The solicitation also requires vendor forms and affidavits, references for at least two similar contracts serviced during the past 18 months, and a proposal signature page. The County may order vehicles over a five-year period, subject to appropriated funds, and delivery costs and applicable tire recycling fees must be included in pricing.
