Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is soliciting bids for refuse and trash collection, removal, and disposal services at Lake Casa Blanca State Park. The contractor must provide, install, maintain, empty, and haul away trash containers; keep collection areas clean; provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and disposal; and use an approved landfill. The routine service includes 22 four-cubic-yard containers, five six-cubic-yard containers, and four two-cubic-yard containers, with two pickups per week between Monday and Friday. The contractor must also support additional pickups and container quantity or size adjustments as requested. Bidders must complete the IFB form, Company Profile exhibit, and Past Projects With Corresponding References exhibit, including at least three similar projects completed within the last five years. The initial contract term is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028, with up to two additional one-year renewals available by mutual written agreement.
