Description

The U.S. Air Force requires a part-time Test Administrator to provide non-personal testing services at the Education and Training Center on Scott Air Force Base. Duties include administering military, educational, FAA, language, career-development, and professional certification examinations; supervising examinees; safeguarding controlled test materials; maintaining testing logs and inventories; transferring results; preparing reports; coordinating schedules; and maintaining testing workstations, records, and related administrative materials. The contractor must have a bachelor's degree, experience with standardized educational and military testing programs, Air Force terminology, Microsoft Office applications, and applicable testing platforms. The contractor must remain physically present during testing sessions, complete required training and recertification, support approximately two to three sessions per week, and satisfy installation access, background-check, CAC, privacy, cybersecurity, and other security requirements. The anticipated structure is firm-fixed-price with a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and an optional six-month extension.
