Description
Duncanville Independent School District is establishing a multi-award catalog of approved independent contractor and consultant vendors from which district employees may purchase goods and services on an as-needed basis. The listed service categories include professional and consulting services; architectural, construction management, engineering, and surveying; communications, public relations, language, and marketing; educational training and professional development; environmental management; finance and accounting; government and social services; graphic design and printing; information technology; human resources and temporary labor; legal services; photography and video production; publishing and translation; real estate and interior design; scientific research and testing; and travel and transportation services. Discount prices must include shipping and handling charges on an F.O.B. destination basis unless otherwise noted or negotiated. Awards may be made to multiple vendors throughout the solicitation's open period upon acceptance of proposal responses. The contract covers the 2026–2027 school year, with three additional years—2027–2028, 2028–2029, and 2029–2030—available by mutual agreement.
