Description
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC, operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory for the U.S. Department of Energy, is soliciting quotes for a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement covering the fabrication and supply of X-ray mirrors. The agreement will support task orders for plane (flat), spherical/cylindrical constant-radius, and additional mirror categories, with firm-fixed unit prices proposed for each of five years. Alternate products may be offered if they meet or exceed the specified performance parameters, but offerors must provide sufficient descriptive material to establish equivalency. The agreement has a $250,000 overall ceiling, no guaranteed minimum quantity, and individual orders will be issued during the ordering period. Quotes must include the completed and signed Quotation Pricing Sheet, all-inclusive U.S.-dollar pricing, applicable country-of-origin information, and confirmation that the supplier can meet the Statement of Work requirements. The solicitation also requires compliance with specified quality-assurance, packaging, traceability, inspection, and documentation requirements. Formal quotations must be submitted by email, with the solicitation number in the subject line.
