Description
The Tampa Sports Authority is soliciting a contractor to field-verify glazing locations and furnish and install commercial-grade solar-control window film on existing storefront windows, glazed doors, sidelights, and transoms at Rocky Point Golf Course. The scope includes product submittal and approval, surface preparation, professional installation, protection of adjacent property, safe access, cleanup, product and installer workmanship warranties, and repair of contractor-caused damage. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. Bidders must submit pricing on the Authority's furnished bid form, provide a proposed film manufacturer, product, color or shade, and visible light transmission, and include manufacturer warranty information and an installer workmanship warranty. Three similar completed projects in the Southeastern United States within the last five years are required as bidder references. Insurance is mandatory, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability coverage. No bid bond, performance bond, or construction bond is required. The contract is expressly described as a one-time purchase.
