Description
The New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Service Office, is soliciting quotes for window replacement at its MDC facility. The selected contractor must comply with applicable building codes, secure materials and tools, clear debris, broom-clean the work area daily, and provide a minimum one-year warranty covering parts, materials, and labor. This is an Article 8 New York public works project requiring prevailing wages and submission of certified payroll with invoices. Bidders must attend and sign in at the mandatory site visit, submit the official quote submission form by email or fax, provide a valid New York State Department of Labor registration number and certificate of registration, and satisfy the stated insurance requirements. Subcontractors require prior written approval from the Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Service Office.
