Description
Warren County is seeking qualifications from engineering and surveying firms to provide as-needed services for waterline and sanitary sewer projects during the 2027–2029 planning period. The County expects to select up to four firms for Master Service Agreements, with project-specific work authorized through later amendments or work orders as projects and funding become available. The scope may include surveying and field verification; GIS, aerial, property, utility, topographic, and easement basemap development; construction drawings and specifications; review meetings; opinions of probable construction cost; Ohio Environmental Protection Agency permit materials; temporary and permanent easement descriptions and supporting drawings; and limited construction services, including record drawings. Bidding services are expressly excluded. Firms must hold a Certificate of Authorization from the State of Ohio Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors. Qualifications submissions are limited to 15 pages, excluding appendices, resumes, and similar materials, and must address firm and team qualifications, at least 10 similar projects completed within the last 10 years, County experience, geographic information, capacity, and professional liability insurance documentation.
